Justin Vaughn has just won another jury trial in Yavapai County Superior Court. His record remains untarnished, as Mr. Vaughn has not lost a single civil jury trial in his 17 years as a licensed attorney.
Our office has a broad range of experience in employment law. We have experience handling wrongful termination, employment discrimination suits, and issues involving enforcement of pay at benefits.
We also have extensive experience assisting corporations with employment matters. This includes creation of employment manuals, protection of the “at will” status of employees, drafting of non completion agreements, and handling of employee terminations.
